Job summary

Eaton’s IS AER FED division in Middlesex, NC is hiring a Machine Operator (Silicone) for weekend nights, 6 pm to 6:30 am, Friday through Sunday. The hourly rate is $24.04.

You will splice, clean, extrude and pack silicone hose, set up extrusion line per checklist, operate tooling, and log data in process routers while maintaining safety and quality. Preferred candidates have manufacturing experience and basic math skills, and can lift up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Locate hose to be spliced/cleaned based on schedule.
• Operate crimper to splice hose ends and set up extrusion line.
• Move reels, run extrusion per Silicone Extrusion Checklist, and inspect tooling.
• Clean up after a run and return tooling to cabinet; contact Engineering if needed.
• Record data on process routers and perform ERP transactions as required.
