Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a production associate to operate silicone extruders, prepare hoses, and ensure product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will set up extruders, run tests, document results, and collaborate with maintenance and lab personnel to resolve issues.

The role requires basic math, good communication, and the ability to work safely in a noisy facility with standing and lifting.

Qualifications

• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate silicone extruders and monitor for product quality.
• Review production schedule and plan job duties accordingly.
• Mill silicone per specification and prep hose for extrusion.
• Set up extruder for vertical and horizontal wraps according to specs.
• Cut and send test samples to the lab for QC.
• Record data for traceability and conformance to specs.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow 5S practices.
• Report production issues to Direct Lead and assist as needed.
