Job summary

AlphaGraphics of Greenway Plaza is seeking a Signs & Graphics Project Manager in Dallas to lead projects from signed contracts through budgeting, scheduling, manufacturing coordination, and installation. The role requires coordinating with sales, design, estimating, purchasing, and operations to meet milestones, budgets, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in the sign industry, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple departments

Qualifications

• 3–5 years sign industry experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail with written and verbal skills
• Coordinate with multiple departments/locations
• Understand and manage project to contract requirements
• Experience securing permits and landlord approvals
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Sheets)
• Read/interpret architectural drawings and blueprints

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily customer communication
• Involvement in pre-bid process for prospective clients
• Conduct surveys when required
• Prepare sales presentations and proposals
• Perform sign code analysis
• Coordinate manufacturing, delivery, and installing activities
• Obtain landlord approvals
• Work with design department for drawing development
