Job summary

Levy Sector is seeking a Signature North Lounge Server Assistant to support servers at the Kaseya Center in Miami. The role involves assisting with dining room setup, delivering orders, and maintaining presentation and temperatures in alignment with HACCP standards.

The position requires the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and to stand or walk for extended periods. The role is based at the venue with on-site duties and opportunities for growth within Levy Sector.

Job Summary

Assists servers with various dining room activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supports servers in preparing the dining room and table sets.
• Delivers orders to the table. Busses table.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
• Personal commitment to your own safety and that of others.
• Abides by all Company policies and procedures including but not limited to:
  • The use of a medium weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer.
  • The use of oven mitts, fryer gloves or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers or steamtables.
  • The use of slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
