Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a stylist to provide hair services and treatments that enhance the guest experience at the LifeSpa and Salon.

Responsibilities include cuts, coloring, highlighting, and finishing that align with guest expectations and drive service and product sales. You will educate clients on LifeSpa and Salon offerings, stay current with trends, and maintain clean, organized workstations while upholding certification standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Completed Cosmetology school.
• Cosmetology license in state where work is performed.
• 1–3 years of stylist experience.
• Ability to perform various hair services and treatments.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and commissions.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides individualized hair services and treatments.
• Educates clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments.
• Acts as an expert in hair analysis and current trends.
• Promotes LifeSpa and Salon products, services and treatments.
• Maintains certifications and stays updated on industry trends.
• Maintains salon workstation to salon standards.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Cosmetology school completed

Cosmetology license in state where work is performed

1–3 years of stylist experience

Ability to perform various hair services

Ability to calculate discounts/commissions

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
