Job summary

Life Time is seeking passionate, certified fitness professionals to join our team as Signature Format Coaches. You’ll lead high-energy sessions across formats like Ultra Fit, Alpha Strength, Alpha Conditioning, Core Tone Reform, and Mind-Body Mobility, delivering safe, effective, and engaging workouts tailored to each format.

You will cultivate a strong member community, coach across levels, and participate in ongoing trainings to refine your craft.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED, CPR/AED Certification, 1+ year teaching or coaching experience
• Must have one nationally recognized certification related to your chosen format
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective workouts specific to your Signature format
• Provide coaching cues, progressions, and modifications for all fitness levels
• Create a motivating, inclusive, high-energy group environment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training space
• Promote Life Time’s Signature programming and brand culture
• Participate in brand trainings and ongoing coaching development
