Job summary

Wynn Resorts is seeking an experienced Florist to build, install and maintain exquisite floral arrangements per Wynn Floral Design Standard. You will handle fresh product receiving, processing, culling, sanitizing and cooler upkeep, while supporting event setups and on-site venues.

Responsibilities include processing orders, mentoring new florists, and delivering retail orders. A valid Nevada driver’s license, team spirit, and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years floral design experience preferred.
• Valid Nevada driver’s license required.
• Operate go-concierge and hospitality software systems.
• Team-oriented with strong communication.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Maintain confidentiality with guests and staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build, produce, install and maintain floral arrangements following Wynn Floral Design Standard.
• Receive, process and store fresh floral products; care for floral coolers and storage areas.
• Perform event setups and strikes, including off-site and on-site venues.
• Process floral orders via Go Concierge, phone, and in person.
• Provide support and mentoring to newly hired florists.
• Deliver retail orders and assist in customer service when receiving orders.
