The role involves visiting client sites to install arrangements and decor in a fast-paced setting, while maintaining safety and professional communication with customers.

The position requires floral design experience, a creative mindset, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Creative mindset and artistic abilities.
• Ability to climb a ladder and work at heights.
• Ability to read and complete daily paperwork.
• Able to work overtime and weekends.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Read/write/speak English sufficiently to perform duties.
• Willing to train motivated individuals.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and install floral displays and decor at customer sites.
• Visit customer facilities (offices, hotels, banks, retail spaces) to install arrangements.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the design area; follow company policies.
• Assist with interior/exterior decorating and installation of plantings.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
