You will greet guests, prepare cocktails and coffee drinks, manage proper pour measurements, handle tabs, and keep inventory stocked. The role emphasizes teamwork, fast service, and adherence to Health Department standards.

Able to lift up to 25 lbs, communicate in English, and thrive in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet bar guests and acknowledge guests waiting for tables.
• Make cocktails and coffee drinks and serve bar guests.
• Ensure proper measurements of cocktail ingredients.
• Ensure that a credit card is used to open tabs not closed promptly.
• Enter all drinks accurately on checks.
• Maintain bar and front lounge cleanliness per Health Department standards.
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, and garnishes as needed.
• Close bar at end of shift using the checklist.
• Assist with delivery tablets and couriers as needed.
• Maintain expertise on food, wine, and cocktail menus; attend education sessions.
