Job summary

Qualifications

• Alcohol beverage certification and food safety certification required.
• Knowledge of liquors, wines, beers, and cocktail recipes.
• Ability to create signature cocktails.
• Excellent communication skills and a pleasant, engaging personality.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and service etiquette.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests promptly with attentive service.
• Prepare, mix, and serve cocktails, wine, and beer.
• Inspect bar before opening to ensure supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar, glassware, and equipment.
• Operate POS to charge for food and beverages.
• Enforce alcohol laws and verify IDs; monitor overconsumption.
• Assist in training other bartenders; supervise banquet bartenders.
• Stay updated on daily specials and club events.
