Job summary

Invited Clubs in Richardson, TX is seeking an experienced Bartender to deliver attentive service at elegant private clubs. You will master beverage preparation, wine and cocktail knowledge, and greet members with a warm, personalized approach.

Responsibilities include accurate pouring, maintaining bar cleanliness, assisting with food service, handling member requests, and supporting the team to uphold the club's standards and 3‑steps of service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in alcohol and food safety awareness.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of service as outlined in the F&B service training program.
• Assist with the service of food and beverages to members and guests at the bar.
• Know members’ names and greet them promptly with a warm, personalized experience.
• Accurately execute member and guest orders and requests in a timely manner.
• Address and resolve member and guest complaints professionally, notifying management as needed.
• Prepare the bar area for service and maintain stock and cleanliness.
• Maintain bar area cleanliness and organization throughout shifts.
• Complete daily assignments and side work to meet club standards.
