You should be 21+, have bartender or bar back experience, a Food handling certificate, and fluency in English. The job emphasizes accuracy, guest engagement, and teamwork in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to serve alcoholic beverages.
• 1 year bartender or bar back experience.
• Food handling certificate required.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Legible communication and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team and follow directions.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and service standards.
• Confidentiality of guest information and hotel data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of menu, liquor brands, and wine list.
• Greet guests, take orders, and upsell where appropriate.
• Prepare and serve drinks and light meals per recipes.
• Open/close shift duties and manage bar stock.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of bar and service areas.
• Input orders into POS and process payments.
