Job summary

Access Management Group in Wimauma, FL is seeking an experienced bartender to greet guests, take orders, prepare drinks, and ensure responsible service. You will maintain bar stock, operate Micros system, and uphold state liquor regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience as a Bartender.
• Desire to grow within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Ability to perform duties with speed, accuracy, courtesy, and with minimal supervision.
• Ability to handle math calculations and cash handling.
• Knowledge of liquor regulations and responsible service (TIPS preferred).
• Knowledge of beverages, garnishes, and menu items.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take food and beverage orders, prepare drink orders for the bar, and restaurant.
• Maintain stock, supplies, and cleanliness of outlet and equipment.
• Knowledge of Micros system for ordering, check presentation, payment processing, and reports; report tips.
• Ensure compliance with state liquor regulations, including age verification for alcohol.
• Maintain knowledge of liquor brands, beers, non-alcoholic selections, glassware, and garnishes.
• Know table/seat/station numbers, room capacity, hours, and dress code.
• Handle assigned bank and ensure accuracy of contracted monies; keep bank secure.
• Address guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment following Safety and Health guidelines.
