Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline with 7 years of experience; 4 years may substitute for degree.
• Experience with Fourier transforms, filtering, communications theory, digital modulation and signals analysis tools.
• Strong background in digital signal processing and demodulation techniques.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance specs.
• Design, develop, and enhance software to add features and improve functionality.
• Debug and resolve defects in software systems.
• Apply signal processing techniques and digital modulation methods effectively.
• Develop software using C++ and Java within Linux environments.
• Integrate software into new or modified systems for seamless operation.
• Lead or participate in test procedures for software components.
• Write and review software/system documentation and propose process improvements.
• Apply scientific analysis and mathematical models to design software solutions.
