Job summary

EverWatch is seeking a Signals Software Engineer to develop and optimize RF signal processing software in a fast, agile environment. The role blends hands-on coding with system-level improvements to meet mission needs and current architecture requirements.

You will work in a team to design, test, and integrate software in Linux, leveraging C++/Java, DSP techniques, and modern toolchains while supporting future functionality and performance enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7+ years in software engineering with a focus on RF signal processing.
  • Experience with C++ or Java.
  • Experience designing and implementing DSP algorithms.
  • Experience with Fourier transforms, filtering, communications theory, digital modulation, and error control coding.
  • Experience using signal analysis tools such as Wavelet Visualization Tool (WVT) or Digital Visualization Tool (DVT).
  • Experience developing software in a Linux operating system environment.
  • Experience developing, testing, debugging, and integrating software applications.
  • Experience analyzing software requirements and collaborating with systems engineers to develop software solutions.
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on RF signal processing.

  • Experience developing software using C++ or Java
  • Experience designing and implementing digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms
  • Experience with Fourier transforms, filtering, communications theory, digital modulation, and error control coding
  • Experience using signal analysis tools such as Wavelet Visualization Tool (WVT) or Digital Visualization Tool (DVT)
  • Experience developing software in a Linux operating system environment
  • Experience developing, testing, debugging, and integrating software applications

Clearance

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.

Compensation

Compensation for this position is $84.14 to $96.16 per hour, determined by various factors including location, education, skills, and experience. This range represents the typical compensation for the role and is one component of EverWatch’s total compensation package.
