You will coordinate hardware and software integration, troubleshoot complex systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet mission requirements. The role requires U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance, with a focus on system performance, deployment readiness, and documentation for end-users and technical teams in high-security

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen and TS clearance required.
• Experience with defense-grade hardware/software integration.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing mission requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration and testing of advanced communication, weapons, and information systems to support SOF operations
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop system architecture and design solutions for multi-domain environments
• Manage system installation, configuration, and performance optimization across a wide array of platforms
• Perform system validation and verification, ensuring that all hardware and software systems meet operational standards
• Work with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and implement system improvements
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed systems, including patch management and software updates
• Document system specifications, configurations, and procedures for end-users and other technical teams
• Support the design and execution of test plans for integrated systems
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and ensure system readiness for mission-critical environments
