Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, physics, or engineering with a focus on scientific computing.
- Demonstrated exposure to college level physics, math, or signal processing techniques.
- Strong programming skills in Python with numpy/scipy/pandas, plus C/C++.
- Experience with Linux environments and parallel programming models (MPI/OpenMP).
- Willingness to obtain and maintain TS/SCI security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Transform signal and image processing algorithms from Python into robust production software.
- Collaborate with scientists and engineers to design, test, and verify software for operational use.
- Document results with well-commented code and reports and assess algorithm performance on real-world data.
