Links Technology Solutions, Inc. seeks a Signal Integrity Engineer – Network Engineer to support operations for a major network equipment manufacturer in RTP, NC onsite. The role focuses on high-speed signal integrity and hardware design.

Responsibilities include analyzing SerDes interfaces, PCB/package development, and using tools like IBIS, HSPICE, ADS, MATLAB and Cadence PowerSI. 3–5 years of experience and a relevant degree are required; contract is 1 year with extension potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in signal integrity or hardware design
• Knowledge of transmission line theory and high-speed circuit fundamentals, with experience using signal-integrity simulation and 2D/3D field-solver tools

• Work with high-speed interfaces and PCB/package development, PI analysis, and lab testing as needed

Job description

Title: SIGNAL INTEGRITY ENGINEER – NETWORK ENGINEER

Location: RTP, NC - ONSITE at a major Network manufacturer

Pay Rate: $60/hr

Duration: 1 year contract - extendable

Summary

The Signal Integrity Engineer will provide engineering support for operations and manufacturing production at a major network equipment manufacturer.

Description – Signal Integrity Engineer

• Experience with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, TDR, or VNA
• Experience with IBIS, HSPICE, ADS, MATLAB, Cadence PowerSI AC/DC, or Allegro
• Exposure to high-speed interfaces and links such as SerDes, LVDS, CML, DDR, NRZ, or PAM4, including high-speed PCB/package development or PI analysis

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in signal integrity or hardware design
