Piper Companies is seeking a Signal Integrity Engineer to join a leading technology organization near Santa Clara, CA. The role focuses on troubleshooting signal integrity issues, analyzing test and manufacturing data, and driving corrective actions to improve product performance across global manufacturing environments.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of SI experience, strong SerDes knowledge, and a proven ability to review data, diagnose failures, and implement improvements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on Signal Integrity experience.
• Experience with SerDes technologies, channel analysis, and high-speed signal troubleshooting.
• Ability to review test data, diagnose failures, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Experience working in laboratory environments conducting measurements and validation testing.
• Knowledge of high-speed interconnects, connectors, PCB design or related hardware technologies is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills.

Responsibilities of the Signal Integrity Engineer:

Compensation for the Signal Integrity Engineer includes:

• Salary range: $100,000 - $190,000 annually based on experience
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO
