Job summary

Vinci4D.ai is seeking a Computational Electromagnetics Engineer focused on signal integrity for semiconductor and electronics industries. You will design and implement EM solvers, perform SI analysis across frequency and time domains, and deliver components integrated into a multi-physics platform.

You will validate against reference solutions, collaborate with engineers across RF, thermal, and software, and contribute to production-grade tools for GHz interconnects and channel simulations.

Qualifications

• Deep working knowledge of computational electromagnetics (FDTD, FDFD, quasi-static methods).
• Hands-on experience with SI simulation for high-speed channels and packaging.
• Strong background in SI workflow from 3D EM to S-parameter extraction and eye-diagram analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement frequency-domain and time-domain full-wave EM solvers for IC packages, vias, connectors, and PCB interconnects at GHz frequencies.
• Develop S-parameter port extraction workflows and touchstone-format output compatible with industry channel simulators.
• Implement time-domain methods (FDTD) with PML absorbing boundaries for broadband SI and EMI analysis; develop RLGC outputs for SPICE and channel simulators.
