Burlington Stores is seeking a Graphics Production & Procurement Specialist to manage semi-permanent in-store signage programs. You will lead vendor relationships, plan production timelines, and coordinate with Graphics, Marketing, and Store Ops to ensure brand standards and cost efficiency.

You will analyze program performance, implement process improvements, and support capital planning for graphics initiatives.

Competenze

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of graphics procurement, buying, financial management or project management experience; retail background preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make recommendations that influence business decisions.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and driving accountability for performance outcomes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel and PowerPoint); Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple levels of the organization.

• Lead end-to-end management of Burlington’s semi-permanent in-store signage programs across all store locations.
• Lead vendor relationships, including performance management, negotiations support, issue resolution, and ongoing evaluation against service, quality, and cost expectations.
• Drive project management for graphics initiatives, including planning, production schedule development, risk identification, and cross-functional coordination.
• Create purchase orders; gain approval and send to vendors.
• Analyze program performance through reporting and data insights, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Exercise independent judgment to resolve production, delivery, and quality issues and escalate when necessary.
• Develop and maintain systems for tracking inventory, orders, budgets, and project status.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align graphics execution with marketing initiatives and store operations.
