Haptica is seeking a Production Director to lead all signage manufacturing operations including fabrication, wide-format printing, finishing, assembly, and installation. You will own scheduling, capacity planning, and on-time delivery while driving profitability and cost controls.

The role requires building a high-performing team, eliminating bottlenecks, and aligning production with company growth objectives.

Formación

• 7-10 years of progressive experience in sign manufacturing or related production environments.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing production teams.
• Proven ability to manage job costs, labor, materials, capacity, and profitability.
• Experience with ERP/MIS systems, production reporting, and performance metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Own departmental financial performance including revenue, gross margin, labor, material and profitability targets.
• Lead daily signage production operations: fabrication, wide-format printing, finishing and assembly.
• Own production scheduling, workflow, capacity planning, and on-time completion.
• Establish clear priorities, deadlines, and ownership across production teams.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, Purchasing and Installation to move projects from order to completion.
• Build and develop a high-performing team with accountability, urgency, and results.
• Implement quality standards and drive continuous improvement across production.
