Job summary

Diamond Signs & Graphics is seeking a Signage Producer and Installer to assemble signage in-house and install at customer sites. You will operate sign-making equipment, perform quality checks, and ensure finished products meet client standards.

The ideal candidate has experience with vinyl application, substrate prep, and basic design software; proficiency with tools and a willingness to work outdoors for banner and pole sign installations is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with wide-format printers, lamination and die cutting.
• Substrate preparation for vinyl installation.
• Proficiency with Illustrator and Photoshop; other design software a plus.
• RIP software knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of printing processes and color management.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble signs, including weeding vinyl, masking, and mounting prints to substrates.
• Prepare and finish vehicle wraps and large-format banners (trimming, grommeting, laminating).
• Install sign formats alone or in teams (murals, decals, letters).
• Conduct site surveys for walls, windows and vehicle graphics.
• Perform final quality control before delivery or installation.
• Modify layouts and color corrections to meet branding standards.
• Manage daily shop production workflow from output to fabrication to delivery.
• Track material inventory.
• Operate and maintain production equipment (large format printers, vinyl cutters, laminators).
• Become proficient with 3D Printing if not already.
