Job summary

Team Modern is seeking a Signage Installation Specialist to install signs, digital displays, backlit letters, and graphics across walls, windows, and vehicles. The role includes pre-installation site surveys to ensure project feasibility and accurate planning.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on sign industry experience, works well independently and in teams, and delivers high-quality finished work that meets client expectations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a sign installer or similar trades experience.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret installation instructions, blueprints, and site survey requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and an ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of various types of signage, including vinyl, channel letters, electrical signs, and road signs.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-installation site surveys and field measurements; verify dimensions, mounting surfaces, utilities, and structural conditions; document findings with photographs, sketches, and notes; communicate findings to project managers and production staff.
