Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience in signage, large-format printing, or print production is a plus.
• Portfolio or samples of design work.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify artwork for custom signage and visual communication projects.
• Translate customer artwork and work orders into proofs and production-ready files.
• Apply design fundamentals: typography, color, composition, balance, visual hierarchy.
• Prepare, organize, and optimize Illustrator files for production.
• Check files for accuracy before proofs or release to production.
• Ensure artwork reflects work orders: materials, sizing, mounting, specs.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Collaborate with sales and production to clarify requirements and keep projects moving.
