Job summary

SignResource is seeking an on-site Graphic Designer in Bell Gardens, California. The role involves creating graphic drawings, updating descriptions, and maintaining customer specifications using ABBA, GIS, Corel, and Adobe tools.

You will support sales and manufacturing by producing site-plan renderings and photos, while collaborating with the Engineering team to revise graphics and prepare drawing packages.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent Minimum.
• 3-5 years of experience.
• Minimum 1000 hours experience with Corel and/or Adobe Illustrator.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of computers and word-processing/spreadsheet.

Responsibilities

• Create drawing packages of site plans and elevation renderings for permitting purposes.
• Create graphic drawings used for manufacturing signs and channel letter sets.
• Work with Engineering team and revise graphics following red lines.
• Incorporate mechanical drawings with graphic drawings for sales.
• Keep a record of customer specifications and materials.
• Update part number descriptions and revision levels using ABBA system.
• Learn ABBA and GIS system for researching product history and record tracking.
• File all graphics, specifications, and emails for easy access.
• Prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Print/convert graphics to PDF for sales and manufacturing.
