Job summary

Maven is seeking a Signage Designer to join our team, developing signage and wayfinding concepts for healthcare, financial services, energy, and tech sites. You will create site-specific solutions, producing elevations, renderings, and documentation while collaborating across disciplines to ensure design intent aligns with fabrication and client needs.

You will translate brand identity into physical environments, contribute to multiple projects, and travel up to 20% as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in industrial/environmental graphic design, or related field.
• 2+ years in environmental graphics, signage, or related design discipline.
• Ability to translate brand identity into physical environments.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to creative development of signage and wayfinding designs that align with client brand standards.
• Apply environmental design principles to signage systems with proper scale and spatial context.
• Produce design deliverables including elevations, renderings, location plans, and sign family documentation.
• Lead site-specific signage design across multiple projects.
• Participate in signage surveys and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Manage design data in SignChart software and support documentation.
• Prepare design presentations and site books with annotations and specifications.
• Collaborate with Technical Designers and Program Managers to align design with fabrication.
• Present design work internally and to clients as needed.
• Manage day-to-day design tasks across projects and meet deadlines.
