FASTSIGNS of Albuquerque N.E. Heights is hiring a full-time Sign Production and Installation Specialist to join our team. You will follow layouts, prepare substrates, and operate printers to produce high-quality signs.

Ideal candidates bring experience with machinery or construction, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage projects in a cooperative, fast-paced shop. Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery or in construction is preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in finishing prints.
• Ability to manage small projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Follow a layout to place computer-cut vinyl or full-color graphics on substrates.
• Prepare substrates for vinyl application including cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning.
• Weed excess vinyl and handle different sizes and complexities.
• Operate and maintain printers.
• Perform quality checks by reading Work Orders and proofreading outputs.
• Finish pieces with laminating and mounting where required.
• Report inventory levels and stock needs to center/production manager.
• Keep storage areas clean and organized.
