Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, priming, and masking as needed.
Review project requirements and coordinate with team members to understand signage needs and design preferences.
Create, sketch, or lay out sign designs and lettering.
Apply lettering, graphics, and designs using brushes, spray guns, stencils, and other painting tools.
Select appropriate paints, colors, and materials to ensure quality and durability.
Install or assist with installing signs at designated locations.
Maintain, repair, and touch up existing signs as needed.
Follow safety procedures and maintain quality standards.
Keep work areas organized and track materials and assigned projects.
