Job summary

Meadow Park Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in New York is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide daily patient care, monitor vital signs, assist with activities of daily living, and support the nursing team on all shifts.

This position offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, flexible full-time or part-time schedules, and benefits including 401(k), health and dental insurance, vision, and PTO. CPR certification preferred; CNA license required.

Qualifications

• CNA license required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience in long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Takes and records patients’ vital signs.
• Measures and records patients’ fluid intake and output.
• Provides daily routine care such as bathing, dressing and feeding.
• Assists patients in active and passive range of motion, transferring, walking and turning.
• Performs all other tasks assigned by the Nursing Supervisor.
