Sign-On Bonus: PP Saw Operator- Plastics

As a PP Saw Operator, you will use appropriate saws to cut honeycomb material into specified shapes and sizes to meet customer requirements. You will inspect, finish, and prepare materials for shipment.

Currently, there is an opening for a PP Saw Operator in our Plastics division on 3rd shift (Monday - Thursday, 8:30 PM to 6:30 AM).

Plastics PP Saw Operator: Starting at $20.90 per hour!

***SIGN ON BONUS***

$1200 FOR THIS ROLE ONLY.

$100 EVERY 30 DAYS YOU WORK UNTIL YOU REACH $1200.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine customer requirements based on work orders.
• Identify materials to be cut each day from the production work order.
• Obtain raw honeycomb materials from extrusion/expansion areas.
• Set up saws according to cutting instructions.
• Cut honeycomb into shapes and sizes as per customer specifications.
• Record all necessary information for traceability and quality assurance.
• Report production results at the end of each shift.
• Dispose of scrap materials following company procedures.
• Follow all work orders and process specifications.
• Monitor and maintain equipment in good working order.
• Perform quarterly inventory checks.
• Assist other production areas as needed.
• Provide value to customers through quality, cost, and delivery.
• Suggest ideas to improve efficiency and performance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Help remove blocks from frames and assist extruder operators during breaks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work overtime.
