Orthopedic Rehab Specialists (ORS) in Dixon, Illinois, is expanding into a state-of-the-art facility and seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedic care. The role supports a collaborative clinical environment with a focus on patient outcomes and work-life balance.

This position offers Monday–Friday hours (7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.), no weekends, sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent.
• A current, valid Illinois Physical Therapist license.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and clinical reasoning abilities.
• Ability to effectively perform and document therapy interventions.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate demonstrates:

• An advanced degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent

Compensation & Benefits

Starting annualized compensation: $72,000–$100,000, including base compensation and performance-based bonus, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
