• Valid clean driver license.

Job Summary

The Sign Maker is a professional, self-motivated team player with great interpersonal skills and values delivering excellence. The Sign Maker and installer is also detail-oriented, works well in a fast-paced team environment, and is able to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously. Has the ability to resolve problems and over coming problems that may arise in the field. The Sign Maker is self-confident and is not afraid to show their professional ability, creative genius, and most importantly, have fun! Great area to work if you like the out doors skiing, hiking, boating and camping

Responsibilities

• Sign production, Production Carpentry & installation
• Facility Maintenance and repairs
• Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of manufacturing/production facility and equipment.
• Accurately keep track of electronic and paper records related to jobs
• Learn new technologies, skills, and techniques to become a better sign making professional

Qualifications

• 2 + years of experience as a professional sign maker or Sign installation or Carpentry or equal
• Basic Carpentry tools
• Background in vinyl creation and application
• Large format digital printing
• Design creativity
• Valid Clean driver license.

Bonus qualifications:

• Expertise in using Adobe Design tool suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Experience with RIP software
• Vehicle wrap installation
• Knowledgeable in color management
• Certified installation professional (3M, Avery, etc.)
