Provosigncompany is seeking a professional Sign Maker in Gaithersburg to join a collaborative team. The role involves design, production, customer consultation, and maintaining equipment in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should have 2+ years of sign making experience, vinyl and large format printing skills, and proficiency with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator. A strong eye for color management and installation certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a professional sign maker – design and production.
• Background in vinyl creation and application.
• Large format digital printing experience.
• Design creativity.
• Expertise with Adobe Design tool suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Experience with RIP software.
• Vehicle wrap installation experience.
• Knowledgeable in color management.
• Certified installation professional (3M, Avery, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Sign design and production.
• Full-time availability (40 hours/week).
• Answer phones.
• Consult/interface with customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of manufacturing/production area.
• Assist in maintaining company signage equipment.
• Accurately keep track of electronic and paper records related to jobs.
• Learn new technologies, skills, and techniques to become a better sign making professional.
