Epic Special Education Staffing is seeking a part-time Sign Language Interpreter for the 2026-2027 school year in Hagerstown, MD.

The position is a local contract offering 20 hours per week with weekly pay. Start ASAP through 06/11/2027, serving high school students with communication support in school-based settings. Certification in Sign Language Interpretation required or in process; sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as Sign Language Interpreter within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid Sign Language Interpreter credential/license or in process in state of practice
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. Sponsorship not offered at this time.

Epic Special Education Staffing is partnering with an exceptional school district who is looking for a contract Sign Language Interpreter for the 2026 - 2027 school year.

Duration: ASAP - 06/11/2027

Location: Hagerstown, MD

Location Type: Virtual;On-Site

Schedule: Part Time

Hours: 20.00

Grade/Age Levels: High School

Weekly Pay Range: $39.48 - $45.19 per hour on a local contract
