Seabright is partnering with a school district to hire a contract Sign Language Interpreter for the 2026-2027 school year.

This full-time position in California pays $54.21–$62.04 per hour on a local contract with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401K matching plan. The role requires one year of professional Sign Language Interpreter experience and an active credential or credential in process; visa sponsorship is not available.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Seabright is partnering with an exceptional school district who is looking for a contract Sign Language Interpreter for the 2026 - 2027 school year.

• Schedule: Full Time
• Grade/Age Levels: Elementary School;High School;Kindergarten;Middle School;Pre-K
• Weekly Pay Range: $54.21 – $62.04 per hour on a local contract

QUALIFICATIONS

The minimum qualifications for Sign Language Interpreter:

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as Sign Language Interpreter within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid Sign Language Interpreter credential/license or in process in state of practice
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
