Job summary
Foresight Group is seeking a detail-oriented Sign Installer to mount indoor and outdoor signage at our Lansing office. You will work with a small team to install signs, read blueprints, and perform related fabrication and wiring tasks with guidance from licensed specialists.
The role requires a valid Michigan driver’s license, comfort with heights and power tools, and willingness to work overtime during peak periods.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Michigan driver's license (preferably chauffeur’s license).
- Experience in construction or skilled trade preferred but not required.
- Strong customer relations, service skills, and a positive attitude are essential.
- Attention to detail and ability to read/use a tape measure.
Responsibilities
- Install finished signage and graphics per standards.
- Read construction blueprints to ensure proper installation.
- Use power and manual tools for installation on-site.
- Handle post foundation installations and concrete work.
- Work at heights up to 135’ with proper PPE and equipment.
- Collaborate with licensed sign specialists for electrical wiring and permitting.
