Pay ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, DOE, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional overtime. Responsibilities include assisting with interior and exterior sign installs, learning measurement, leveling, and safe tool use.

Qualifications

• Previous construction, general labor, carpentry, maintenance, assembly, or similar hands‑on experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installing interior and exterior signs, graphics, banners, and lettering.
• Learn proper installation techniques, including measuring, leveling, and positioning signage.
• Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and installation equipment safely.
• Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites.
• Assist experienced installers with various projects.
• Help with production and assembly work in the shop as needed.
