Job summary

ASR Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated sign installer to join our team in Florida. You will ride with a crew to job sites and install signs, mailboxes, and related items, with a focus on safe, high-quality installations.

This role requires outdoor work, the ability to read blueprints, lift up to 75 lbs, and comfort with heat. First shift starts at 7:00 am and continues until finish, with a fast-paced schedule and teamwork across the crew.

Qualifications

• Previous experience installing signs.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Must be able to work outside and in heat.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Willing to help where needed.

Responsibilities

• Dig holes and set posts with concrete for signs/mailboxes.
• Perform rough carpentry tasks related to installations.
• Conduct site surveys to assess locations.
• Safely drive company vehicles and trailers.
• Install signs and related items on a fast-paced schedule.

We are looking for a sign Installer to join our team! You MUST have previous experience installing signs.

You will be riding with a crew to the job site.

1st Shift: 7:00 am - Finish

Duties

• Digging 4x7 holes with post diggers, filling with concrete and setting mailboxes/signs
• Perform general rough carpentry tasks related to top-notch installations
• Conduct site surveys with accurate assessments of locations
• Safely drive company vehicles, with trailers and large construction machinery attached
• Follow a fast-paced, deadline-oriented schedule for installing signs, mailboxes, & various other items

Requirements

• Must be able to work outside
• Previous experience installing signs
• Must be ok with working in the heat
• Comfortable using Hand Tools
• Reading Blueprints
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs
• Be willing to help where needed
