Sequoia Signs in Martinez, CA is looking for an entry-level Sign Installer to join our fast-growing team. You will install a variety of sign types using hand and power tools, climb ladders safely, and follow all safety procedures.

No prior sign-installation experience is required as we provide training. You will contribute to quality, on-time project completion and have opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Resourceful and organized candidate capable of handling multiple tasks.
• Customer service focused with strong communication.
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs and use hand tools.
• Experience with power tools is preferred; vinyl installation helps.

Responsabilités

• Install various sign types using mechanical fasteners, tape, silicone, and other means; climb ladders and aerial platforms.
• Operate power tools and panel saw while following safety precautions.
• Perform pre- and post-construction quality checks.
• Ensure projects meet Sequoia Signs & Graphics, Inc. standards and are completed on time.
• Develop and follow systems for procedures across the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES (We are willing to train you!):

• Installation of various sign types using mechanical fasteners, tape & silicone, and other means. Must be comfortable and safe working on ladders and other aerial platforms.
• Operate power tools, panel saw and other equipment while following all safety precautions.
• Perform quality assurance measures pre- and post-construction
• Ensure that projects are completed to Sequoia Signs & Graphics, Inc. standards and on-time.
• Develop, implement & follow systems for procedures throughout the business.

QUALIFICATIONS:
