Sequoia Signs is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented team member to join our fast-growing sign company in Martinez, CA. You will design layouts, produce proofs for client approval, and prepare print-ready artwork for production.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic environment. We offer training, a collaborative shop atmosphere, and opportunities for growth in large-format print production, fabrication, and installation.

Responsibilities

• Provide design layouts and detailed proofs for customer approval
• Prepare scaled images and artwork for quoting, proving, and permitting proofs
• Create print/cut ready art files for production
• Interact with clients in design meetings
• Perform quality assurance before and after construction
• Ensure projects meet Sequoia Signs & Graphics standards and deadlines
• Develop and implement procedures across the business
