Job summary

FASTSIGNS Parker/Castle Rock is seeking a Custom Signs Installation expert to install interior and exterior signs at customer sites across the Charlotte area and nearby communities. You will transport materials, prepare surfaces, and install signs on various structures using hand and power tools.

This role requires mechanical aptitude, basic math and computer skills, and a willingness to work outdoors. A valid driver’s license and prior installation experience are required; electrical licensing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, basic math, and computer skills.
• Experience with a variety of hand tools and light power equipment.
• Willingness to work outdoors and perform moderate to strenuous labor (lift >50 lbs).
• Prior installation or construction/assembly experience required; electrical license is a plus but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and transport signs, tools, and materials to customer sites.
• Prepare customer sites for installation, including removing old signage and surface prep.
• Install signs on ground, in buildings, and on walls; vinyl graphics experience is a plus.
• Operate with company vehicle and installation tools.

Your Role Will Include:

• Load, secure, and transport signs, tools, and materials safely to customer sites.
• Preparing customer sites for installation, including removing old signage and preparing the surface or structure
• Installing signs in the ground, in and on buildings and walls. Some prior experience working with vinyl graphics is a strong plus
• You'll perform this work using a company vehicle and a suite of company provided installation tools.

Job Requirements:

• A High school diploma or GED
• Strong mechanical aptitude, basic math and computer skills skills. Experience with a variety of hand tools and light power equipment.
• The ability and willingness to work outdoors, and including moderate to strenuous labor carrying signs and materials sometimes in excess of 50 lbs. Climbing, and working at low to medium heights
• Prior installation or construction/assembly experience is required. An electrical license is highly desired but not required
• A valid driver's license, and a clean driving record is required
