Job description

Seeking reliable individual for installations at a well-established sign company. Previous sign experience, familiarity with interior/exterior installs and bucket trucks are a big plus for this full-time position. Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Sign Installation Job Responsibilities

1. Perform detailed site surveys to assess needs and plan installation.
2. Transport sign materials and equipment to job sites in company vehicles.
3. Operate light to heavy equipment, truck and trailer use.
4. Communicate the installation process to the customer and resolve concerns.
5. Read and follow blueprint plans and install signs as specified on ladders, trucks, indoors/outdoors, crawl spaces, roofs, etc.
6. Safe use of power tools and equipment with acrylic, aluminum, masonry and wood.
7. Use general electrical knowledge to do basic hookups, or willingness to learn.
8. Other responsibilities as requested in and out of the shop.

1. Have good mechanical aptitude and basic construction knowledge.
2. Strong knowledge of geometry, good math and measurement skills.
3. Must have clean driving record.
4. Maintain a positive attitude, high level of dependability and integrity.
5. Able to organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple activities and work orders to meet deadlines with minimum supervision.
6. Able to stand for long periods, lift 50 or more pounds and endure physical exertion.
7. Work with a sense of urgency, be safety minded, clean and neat.
