Job summary

FASTSIGNS Parker/Castle Rock is hiring a full-time Installer/Sign Production Specialist to join our team. The role involves offsite sign installations, measuring and preparing substrates, and applying vinyl graphics following strict layouts.

You will operate printers, perform quality checks, and complete finishing tasks such as laminating and mounting. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of sign production experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years sign production experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods (4+ hours).
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Ability to work under pressure to output high-volume, high-quality work.
• Ability to use light power equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install signs and print media at offsite locations.
• Assess environments to determine installation needs and techniques.
• Review job requirements and verify measurements before starting.
• Follow layouts to apply vinyl or full-color graphics to substrates.
• Prepare substrates for vinyl application (cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning).
• Operate and maintain printers and perform QA checks on production.
• Finish printed pieces with laminating or mounting.
