Job Summary

As a Sign Install Helper, you will support the installation team in field and shop tasks, assisting with various interior and exterior signage projects, including channel letters, cabinet signs, post and panel, stud letters, and vinyl graphics. This entry-level position offers opportunities to develop new skills, with potential for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with Installations: Support the setup of exterior and interior signage projects while adhering to quality and safety standards.
• Prepare Materials: Help with site preparation, loading/unloading equipment, and organizing tools.
• Interpret Instructions: Read and follow work orders, drawings, and tape measures under the guidance of lead installers.
• Operate Tools and Equipment: Learn to safely use hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment like ladders and lifts.
• Inventory Management: Keep tools and installation materials organized and accounted for.
• Shop Duties: Assist with in-shop tasks such as prepping signage, cleaning, and organizing the workspace.
• Additional Support Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience Level: No prior sign installation experience required, but a background in construction, skilled trades, or a similar field is a plus.
• Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable means of transportation.
• Physical Abilities: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., working outdoors in various weather conditions, and performing physically demanding tasks.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable with basic tools and willing to learn technical skills.
• Soft Skills: Reliable, team-focused, and eager to contribute to a positive work environment.
