AlphaGraphics Missoula is seeking a detail-oriented Large Format Sign Installer to produce signs and banners in our Missoula facility and assist with onsite installations in the Twin Falls area. You will read work orders, measure surfaces, install signs with drills and glue, and maintain equipment.

The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and a willingness to learn. The position is onsite, pays $20-$25 per hour, and requires reliability and a safety-minded approach.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret work orders to determine installation specs.
• Prepare sites by measuring surfaces and cleaning debris.
• Install and mount signs using drilling, screws, and adhesives.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders to determine the specifications and requirements for sign installation.
• Prepare installation sites, including measuring and marking surfaces and ensuring that they are clean and free from debris.
• Install and mount signs using a variety of tools and techniques, such as drilling, screwing, and gluing.
• Repair and maintain existing signs, including replacing broken or damaged parts and ensuring that they are clean and functional.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and design, to ensure that sign installation meets customer and industry standards.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and other workers.
• Record installation data and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
• Drive company vehicles to transport signs and equipment to installation sites.
• Continuously evaluate and improve sign installation processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Participate in training and development programs to improve their skills and knowledge of sign installation techniques and safety protocols.
