Job summary

Creative Sign Company in De Pere, WI is seeking a creative Sign Graphic Designer to join our team. You will conceptualize, design, and prepare layouts for indoor/outdoor signage and vehicle wraps, collaborating with sales, install, and production teams to ensure branding and client goals are met.

Applicants should have a design background; associate or bachelor degree preferred; 1+ years of graphic design experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of graphic design experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with sign manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Hospitality or service industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and create innovative sign designs for indoor, outdoor signage and vehicle wraps.
• Collaborate with sales, install and production teams to align designs with capabilities and client branding.
• Prepare accurate, production-ready design files and proofs.
• Ensure designs comply with local regulations provided by the salesperson.
• Revise designs based on client feedback and meet deadlines.
