Optimum Signs in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking an experienced Sign Maker / Installer to join our production team. This full-time role requires hands-on experience in producing and installing commercial signs and graphics, not an entry-level position.

Applicants should have at least two years of relevant experience, be able to lift 75 pounds, and operate wide-format printers, laminators, and vinyl plotters. A valid driver's license and dependable work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

Optimum Signs is seeking an experienced Sign Maker / Installer to join our team in Menomonee Falls, WI.

This is not an entry‑level position.

We are looking for someone with at least two years of hands‑on experience producing and installing commercial signs and graphics. If your experience is limited to graphic design, retail sign shops, or print production without installation, this position is not the right fit.
