Job description

We are a thriving full-service sign company seeking to expand our talented team with another skilled individual. This role encompasses fabrication of signs from materials such as wood, metal, PVC, Sign Foam, and various plastics. Installation duties are an integral part of the job, often requiring teamwork to dig holes for signage, climb ladders to place signs securely, and operate bucket trucks or lifts for reaching high placements.

The position requires some heavy lifting from time to time, requiring physical stamina and the ability to handle weighty materials. The chosen candidate will be responsible not only for the initial fabrication of signs but also for the finishing touches that involve sanding and painting using traditional brushes or HVLP spray painters.

Qualifications and Skills

• Relevant experience and strong references
• Additional skills such as vinyl application, CNC router operation, laser cutting or engraving are advantageous
• Welding skills are a plus
• Must submit an updated resume with references
• Must have a clean driving record and obtain a medical card for operating bucket trucks
• Dependability, motivation, punctuality, and a self-starting attitude are essential
