Job summary

FASTSIGNS of West Metro, MN is seeking a full-time Fabrication Specialist to join our team in a fast-paced sign shop. You will read layouts, cut, route, and finish rigid substrates, and apply vinyl while maintaining high quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in sign fabrication, can stand long shifts, lift 50+ lbs, and operate CNC routers, grinders, welders, and related equipment. This on-site role offers hands-on training and growth opportunities in our network.

Qualifications

• Experience reading layouts and dimensions for signage fabrication.
• Proficiency with rigid substrates and vinyl applications.
• Ability to operate common fabrication equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Read layouts and place graphics on substrates.
• Cut, route, sand, and finish substrates.
• Operate CNC Router, grinders, welders, and related tools.
• Ensure quality by pre- and post-production checks.
